1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions make up a binding agreement between you and Dracula Casino. When you register an account, claim a bonus or place any wager, you confirm that you have read these terms, understood them and agreed to them. 2. Eligibility

3. Your Account

4. Verification (KYC)

In line with anti-money-laundering law, we may require you to confirm your identity, age, address and payment methods before any withdrawal is processed. Transactions can be delayed or held until that verification is finished. Submitting fraudulent documents will lead to account closure and the loss of funds.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits appear on your balance instantly once your payment provider authorises them.
• Withdrawals are sent to a verified method registered in your own name.

• We add no fees of our own, although your payment provider might.
• We may request proof of the source of your funds where the law requires it.

6. Bonuses & Wagering

Taking a bonus is optional, and each one comes with its own wagering requirements, game weightings, maximum-bet caps and expiry dates as set out in the promotion. Misusing bonus offers — through collusion or irregular play patterns, for example — can result in the bonus and any winnings tied to it being cancelled.

7. Fair Play & Conduct

Every game operates on certified random number generators. Using bots, exploits or collusion, or making any effort to influence results, is strictly forbidden. Where we detect such activity, we may void the wagers involved and close the accounts behind them.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is offered on an "as is" basis. So far as the law permits, Dracula Casino accepts no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that stem from using the platform or being unable to use it. You play at your own risk and only with money you can afford to lose.

9. Account Closure

You can close your account whenever you wish by contacting support. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms, the law or our responsible-gaming policy. Any verified balance that is not under investigation will be returned to you.

10. Changes & Governing Law

These terms may be revised from time to time, and the most recent version posted on this page always takes precedence. They are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province where you live. By continuing to use the service after an update is published, you accept the revised terms.
